The Major Incident Console allows selected employees to see information about past and ongoing major incidents, such as resolution progress and detailed resolution updates. It comes with various gauges as a starting point and allows administrators to easily create their own. The look and feel is configurable from the header and banner image to the icons, stages and colours of the gauges.
We’re pretty excited about the launch of this app, and even more so that we’ve got a few more on the way. Stay tuned!
